expressions of a hopeless romantic

    a lot of people say that a person is more than what meets the eye.. true enough. behind every face we place upfront are thoughts, emotions, moods, things that are way deeper than skin deep. sometimes, one has to smile not because he wants to.. but he has to. its the most practical thing to do. some try not to show the emotions inside because it feels better that way.. that is, for a while.

    we have dreams. small dreams. big dreams. dream to see a place. dream to own something. dream to be someone. but some dreams are unreachable for the moment. to do what you really want to do in life for life is one thing. making a living is another. we need to make a living out of doing something. but, is life all about doing? how bout feeling? dreaming? seeing? isn’t life more than what meets the eye too?

     life is like a person. its more than what meets the eye. being a person is living. when you forget how to be a person, you forget how to live. personality brings life to what one does. personhood brings life to life.
